I've never had a problem ordering direct from Secret Base except to get an email that they are sold out.
You send an email with information that they request (see details on the website).
They send a request for funds.
They ship said product.
Straightforward and hassle free.

i think s7 is gettin these as in the jan releases there is a mystery SB figure that was suppose to release on the 6th and i emailed josh about it and he said it was a secret and that it got delayed this must be it

I emailed them noon EST on Saturday about 10 hours prior to Nicky G's post that he decided to sent them an email. No response.
Maybe they're going in reverse order since they usually get right back to me. If not I'll buy it off YJA I guess.

got my barbarian today...
just a word of caution, be careful when moving the arms. the first thing i did was move his arms up, and the white paint immediately chipped off where it rubs against the side of the body.
kinda bummed, here's a pic:
