Very cool! I grabbed one a couple of nights ago. Looks great on the shelf. The matte black on the body looks great, and of course the head sculpt and colors are so cool. Like a friendly little demon.

The eyes really stand out when you see it in person. Definitely my favorite characteristic. Just curious if we'll see another bero soon.

This one looks real good near the red fortune cat. I also hope there will be many more, perhaps some with metallic paints. If I understood correctly when we chatted at the store a couple of days ago, Pogue clarified that the bodies *really are* Kewpie doll bodies ... extras from the Kewpie factory, and that consequentially, future Bero Beros may be contingent on when Mori can get those extra Kewpie bodies.
