+1 - I remember being baffled by this one when it was listed, and it was the sealed-bag that threw me off too. I think I may have even written to a coupl of the RxH Pros From Dover, asking WTF? Wondered at the time if someone was trying to pass it off as production, I can't think of any legit reason to re-seal it.
