I'm gonna sell my walking hed. from the set when I get it...since I only like the other two sculpts...
so there's at least two that will be floating around...
the crawling and standing are all me though...

Does the walking version have green spray around the edges, or is that just the clear vinyl giving off color due to thickness?

It looks like it's just the light showing through the thick parts of the vinyl, not green paint. Kind of like an old coke bottle.

That's what I was thinking/hoping, but couldn't quite tell.

It's a shame I can't stand those metal eye inserts, otherwise these look great.

The minis' eyes are usually painted on.
I love the eye pieces on my standard sized Hedorans though.

Count me among those who LOVE the metal eye inserts on the ST's.

This is actually a really good question and one I struggled with initially as well.
Flat face = walking
The Hedoran Bros are often referred to by number as well -
#1 Standing
#2 Walking
#3 Crawling/Forming

Took me some time too originally. Made more sense when I saw a pic of the original IKB walking Hed. which is in a much more "walking" pose.

The "smog monster" variants are almost like a Hindu diety in the way that they have these identifiable conventional aesthetic aspects. Walking Hedorah/Hedoran/Hedolan, crawling, standing, transforming, flying, and "damaged eye." It was a blast showing "Hedorah" to a friend for the first time recently, and pointing out how there are whole toy histories extending back three decades based on scenes that sometimes last just a couple of seconds in the movie. Later, when I explained that there is a longstanding toy tradition based on the one or two seconds that you see Godzialla dancing a jig in "Godzilla vs. Astro Monster" aka "Monster Zero," he said I was crazy, then went out and bought about twenty more kaiju films.

Oh yay, perhaps I'll pick these up then. I thought that some mini's did and some did not, but these looked to me like they did from the pic.
