Based on the header card art of that black unpainted Evil (which I have never seen before) I would assume it is a relatively new prototype. Also, everything around it is newer which lends to the idea that it is new. The gargamel edition (I believe) had the older style header card, so if it was from that time, the theory would hold that it would also have an older header design.

are the other 3 solid figures slated? I feel each company released its 'flagship' figure in the white KT solid. this may be for the initial release, but there is no solid bakos, hedorah, etc slated, so I would not expect this with RxH. maybe Im mistaken, but Im sure mori-son is one step ahead and marked this 're-issue' with an mis-colored eye on purpose, hopefully no re-issues will follow.
