I had my friend getting me RxH in Japan and he had a couple different hook ups for it and my friend said don't tell anyone in the US where you got these toys because one of hook ups doesn't want the stuff coming to the US!!!!!!!!! I really couldn't fucking believe it!!!!!!!!! I think it has to do with them being rare and they only want other Japanese people to have them!!!!!!!!!!

Actually VGA, what you contact was trying to "tell you" was -"don't tell anyone in America where you are getting these, becuase Super7 has an exclusive agreement with RealxHead and they are not allowed to sell to anyone else, but I can get a couple directly from them for you." But we both already knew that didn't we?

Here is a comical automated translation about this:
"The Japanese domestic residence including the Hong Kong person and the Taiwanese who are included, all foreigner and the vicarious execution trader (, the kind of place which even with the Japanese person's name uses the translation sight clearly with the person of the company address and the like) successful bid all prohibition! Foreign prohibition! Successful bid prohibition! * Writing in the deficit, still, because there is successful bid of the foreigner, you follow to this マイルール mandatorily. (Being not to be able to hear either the excuse such that meaning does not understand with translation please do not bid it includes) ワレモノ no matter what and does not pack up and the like in that way state does not become altogether dispatch. Dispatch when being room in time, being to become dispatch, is rather slow, is. The postage pays the amount which with amount of commission included is appointed with this by all means. Same it deletes even a little insecure one and "is very bad" just this is attached being to have written, please stop bid and successful bid absolutely."

actually he told me that before you started getting them direct so I really don't think it had anything to do with that?!?!?!?!?! It mainly was the fact that they were rare!!!!!!!!! I asked him and he told me that.

How many ebay auctions do you see where the seller says they won't sell to foreigners living in the US? I've never seen that myself.

Stating no shipping outside the US is exactly the same thing..Nobody in this country can post no sale to foriegners because they would be ostracized for being a bigot but by stating NO shipping out of US or only available to US is exactly the same type of denial..and it happens all the time...Heres a link to an auction and look under the info it states in plain view-ship To-United States...A very polite way of telling everyone unless you're in america you're shit out of luck..I have no problem w.this but it does work both ways..
http://cgi.ebay.com/MASON-SECRET-SOCIET ... dZViewItem
Heres the shipping info-

I'm not saying someone on Ebay put up an auction stating no japanese or foreign bidders but simply these are similar situations as to these items being available to Japan from Ebay or to us from YJAOnly ship to US means exactly that- and no sell to foreigners means exactly that..We cant get the item.I do not speak Japanese but from what our friends here that do tell us is that is is a very LOOSE translation to english...

i still don't understand how people can tell you are a foreigner living in Japan.
if you used a diff name and did it all over the net, .... ??? i doubt they do background checks on people.

It's not a translation at all. The YJA auction referenced earlier had the following text at the top of their listing:
Code: ■注意事項■Foreigner prohibition 代行業者(日本名含)全禁止 The foreigner cannot participate even if it lives in Japan.'
Big difference between "won't ship internationally" and "won't sell to foreigners even living in the same country".
