the mavs are looking like a run of variants like you said Andy...obviously we'll know better when we all get our bags...but it looks like one-offs are popping up hither and thither.

Here are some picts of the Dorome.

This is a clear grey vinyl with silver, purple and yellow metallic paint. Very interesting figure, the colors is very different depending how the light hit the figure. Sometimes more purple, sometimes more yellow and other times more silver.

The Kustom Style Dorome was my favorite...until now.

I am really hoping I scored that type of Dorome in my bag...it's amazing, and would make up for not having any of the black ones...

Good to see I'm not the only one who had the same thought about the head.

I was on the fence about the Dorome until I had one in my hands...between the metallic paints, the killer eye, and the crazy topside mouth it totally clicked. Slime-Fish pollution monster?

Yeah that mouth on top and fish head realization just totally changed him for me.
When I first saw it I thought it was sort of a clumsy design but now I am really looking forward to my Japan LB-Z !

I wish a lot of releases would include more detailed photos.

I think this is one of the first Dorome releases to really emphasize his fishiness. He's a smog monster like Dorogami but with a...fishiness about him.

This is my favorite Dorome release along with the orange/red one, which is stunning.

Andy do you have a pict of this one? I don't think I have this one.

Last year, during the 2007 Winter Wonderfestival, Cronic released what may be the greatest assortment of figures ever released at a show. (Black Zyurai with gold pinstripes, Rainbow Camguts, etc) Could be we're looking at another watershed release with these lucky bags. One thing's for sure - the variety is unparalleled!

Are people getting ship notices for these, or are they just kind of showing up?
