The internet at my house has been out since yesterday (I'm posting from work). I finished my contribution but I might not be able to post it until late. Hopefully thats still ok.

This is the piece I did. It's 11"x14" on bristol with ink and prismacolor pencils. It's based on Street Fighter but is more like "Capcom vs. SNK." I'm going to make matching figures for it! I'm only about 90% done though, because it needs shaded and outlined. I'm working on getting it done right now!

I'm not trying to invade or make something else out of it. Just thought i'd ask a question.

It is a random exchange, but if someone wants to commision an artist to make something, that's totally fine cause it is outside the art trade. I feel bad for whoever gets mine since I messed up. I'm gonna try and clean it out tonight...or just make another one. It only took me about 4hours to paint...but it took me since the start of this whole thing to figure out what to paint. My original thought was Garada but since my Skullman won, I thought I'd make a nice painting based on it.

Commissions could be one of the best things to come of doing this...

I love art exchanges. It's a great way to get some new work. i hope whomever gets mine is happy with it. Almost done.

Here it is all done and inked. I tried to make the color balance as close to the real thing as possible. I only have a digi cam, so I can't scan it in and adjust, I just have to do the best I can with photoshop.

Damn...if I end up with kichigai's piece I'm going to have to hang it some place where I won't see it at night. That's just gonna freak me out and I won't be able to sleep...lol. It's pretty awesome that it's on vellum. You can do some really cool stuff with that kind of translucent paper if you work both sides of it.
