I tried checking their website. There was something in English about an "original monster" but I couldn't find pictures or further information in English. I'm guessing that these are the first iterations ... seems we'd know about them already if not. Pretty darned cool eh?

Does anyone know how much influence Mori and RxH had with this figure?

In seeing this figure in the shop photo, I thought it was pure RxH.

To me, this figure is a bit in the category of the Honeborg.....a little to rectangular in profile...and flat looking....just not feelin' it!

I would speculate mori sculpted (or commissioned) this figure and superposition will handle the color ways and future versions (with possible help from mori). but this is just a speculation.

I'm not trying to hate but yeah, "nah" as Vombie said.

It's cool, I don't think it SUCKS really, I just know I'll get it in hand like the Pop Soda and say "I really don't need to own one of these."

Now VADER! That's an awesome new sculpt! He reminds of Hordak to Akro being Skeletor.

Mori was commissioned by SP to design a character and have the sculpt produced. As tavaro speculates SP for the most part will handle the colorways, and sales of all releases. Basically a similar arrangemet to Pop soda and Ichibanboshi with the occasional crossover chucked in to keep us all on our toes.[/img]
