i think it may just be someone with lots of money to blow...
if they really were shill bidding & trying to inflate things,,why would they do buy-it-nows?? it doesn't add up..
i don't think there is any real reason to get in a major huff about this (of course it is annoying),,it is auctions after all,,highest willing bidder wins..
