I just noticed the sculpts are different
one has mouth with tentacles coming out off it's mouth
the other below...

the other below... Actually there's only one sculpt. The mouth piece rotates to show and hide it's mouth.

I was just going to say that. They may be 2 different sculpts or it could be possible that you can swivel the tentacles around.
