Post Bandai Dokudarian
Special thanks to Mike J at CT for helping me get this bizarro. Per request, this is a Bandai Dokudarian. The Dahlia Shocker kaiju from Kamen Rider. It is in pretty nice condition. The right antenna was repaired at one time and it has that vintage smell with a hint of tobacco. One of my only vintage kaiju (next to the Bandai Kirugisu from Silver Kamen). Hopefully pick up a few more vintage pieces sometime this year.

Now, if anyone out there has a vintage Bullmark King Zaiga in relatively clean and unbroken condition for sale then please contact me. Thanks for looking!

This guy is one of the best shockers IMO. There is also a giant size version of this character correct?

What exactly is happening on the game show? My understanding is that it is some sort of auction. Are they your figures that are on display and the audience are guessing at their value or are they actually bidding on them?

Are the guys in tuxedos the experts - similar to the appraisers seen on the Antique Road show.

When did this take place? How did you get chosen to be on the show?

um, to start with . . . .

Is that you?
Is that you're collection on the TV show?
How is the TV game show played?
How did they find you for the show?
How long have you been collecting?

Whether that's you or not - absolutely incredible collection (both the personal collection and the kamen rider dudes).

If that is you - you're a god of kaiju collecting

sweeeet! nice score there. i don't know anything about the character, but that doesn't mean that it is any less than stellar in my eyes. i dig the fact that the guy is wearing what appears to be a wrestling championship belt!

Ditto! More photos, please.

And if you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you to get the complete set of KR villains? Do you have any good stories about ones that were especially difficult to track down? They look to be in stellar shape.

Amazing collection!

Awesome pics/vids! You guys have such insane collections, I find myself going back for more looks. I'd love to find a giant version of the Dahlia Shocker.

Foggedgoggles, that Guilala in the top pics is from X-Plus and is a giant sized vinyl (12-14 inches tall). It was rekleased around a year ago. It's a great sculpt and it still shows up on YJA from time to time for anywhere between $100-150. Oh, and a new Guilala movie is in the works.

Hey Jim, what kaiju is that in the middle of the back row with the white head and red/black horns? I absolutely can't take my eyes off it.
