man this explains alot. I was in Melbourne about a month ago. I was coming out of the art gallery into the main melbourne square (federation square) and there was a big group of kids around 10-15yrs old. all wearing this crazy shit with hair like yugioh. They were literally pouring in from all directions and converging on this one spot. There was a small blaster on and a couple of 'em where whirng around like dervishes. It was hell silly looking  Big super flares wiith reflective stuff and flouro braces. But what struck me was the age, so young. I asked a security guard that was standing there staring at them what it was all about And he just garbled something barely intelligable about them being "pill poppers" and he wanted them to "fuck off before they swarmed the place" and because they were blocking a fire exit door, lol. They where far too young to be pilll poppers. my take is that they are some sort of new breed of pre raver a real teeny bopper. Some sort of answer/backlash to the whole negative cry baby emo shit that was big in melbourne. Hmmm
