That is one thing that one of the restaurants asked for=a deposit! I'm not gonna say who and how much but I may have to put down a deposit for the night and get $ full amount back only if they make back what I put down. So what am I saying...everyone should come down anyways and help me out and get something to eat if I end up going this route! I will definitely consider it though as this was one of the places who didn't mind when I asked them about the extra activities that I'm planning for after the dinner part!

There are tons of good restaurants around there, if you dorks seriously want to go to hooters, enjoy.

Ramos did Nerdquake, while he worked at S7, I'm not sure that it was ever considered a Super 7 Event. He's not coming this year, but there has been talk of a NYC Comic Con Nerdquake this year.

Haha Hooters? There's so much awesome Mexican and seafood (just to start) in SD why waste time/tongue on Hooters? I only went to SDCC once, but I ate so much!

Yes it was, but I do remember it being right across the street from the convention center which was convenient. That main strip in town was lined with tons of places. Frankly, I could care less if it was in a parking lot.

80% of the reason i am going to SD is for mexican food...let's go to one of those...

serious! the east coast has a severe shortage of great Mexican food.

i know space has to be considered with 30 - 50 folks planning on being there but anything non corporate would be great!

a parking lot pizza fest would be kinda cool unless it rains..

ikkashinju is going down to SD this week I believe and meeting with like 7 restaurants. I don't think Hooters is one of them.....
