I believe the grin is a nod to fink.shit, the original fight figure. We've already had that discussion though ... there are a lot of tributes and nods in this figure.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if we see more "half and half" RxH colorways, although I may be wrong as Shinto is already a half-and-half figure, even when unpainted.

I thought I saw a pic a little while ago with a completely black Shint with all black eyes - I liked the eariness of the figure....was that just a one off and this one is built of that one?

I think its the cat eye for me. Any figure with that eye has my attention every time. At first I just though that the black side was a heavy shadow. So very cool !

I think a really cool companion piece to this one would be a black Shinto with the reverse side painted in metallic red and gold.
