But Dad, my heart hurts!
I think that's what Bart says, although I never thought he'd call Homer "Dad", I'll have to go back and watch that episode.

AWESOME idea!
And for anyone that wants to try this (I know I will, at the earliest opportunity), it looks to me as though they baked their little bacon braid-grids, as opposed to pan-frying (seems obvious, when you think about it)...

Y'know, I went back to carnivorality (just made that one up, thank you) after 12 yrs as a vegetarian, and I discovered what I liked wasn't bacon itself - kind of tears my stomach up - but the SMELL of bacon. What someone needs to invent is bacon-scented air freshener. That would make a ton of $$.

i know five vegetarians who were brought back to the dark side because of bacon. it's so interesting to me...you would think that would be the last thing a vegan or vegetarian would want to eat..

My friend got this for me for my birthday.
Along with bacon mint and bacon flavored toothpicks.
Trust me, none of it is as good as real bacon.
The air freshener was kind of gross.
