Thanks guys! painting the base was not as bad as I was fearing it would be, I was really surprised how well the colors came out myself~

So did you use a type of aerosol to spray the base, or did you brush that too?

Really nice colors... excellent brushwork!
Do you know about Jacquard Pearl Ex Pigments? i've got some interesting effects mixing/experimenting with there selection of pearlescent colors.
