i must really hand it to u guys...even manage to dig out such stuff 
its only Y630 each.
the bad news is the dissected which is the most coveted is unfortunately long sold out by now. the rest are feeely available though. good luck.

In that strange little video the guy held it and it was only about the size of his thumb- so it could eaisly be a mobile phone strap figure.

These are based on the classic Kewpie doll:

It's the mascot of the Kewpie mayonnaise company.
Incidentally, the kaiju designs like H, Metrokabayan, Betarus, etc. that Empire and Ilanena make toys of are designs from trading cards that used to be packaged with Kewpie Mayonnaise. I think Ilanena's sculpt of Betarus is deliberately made to look like the Kewpie doll:
