And if they did a Mini Shinto- would it be the same size as a regular RxH fig?

I don't think it'd have the same impact at that scale but could be wrong.

Yeah. I just meant, since the Minis are about half the regular figs size, that a half size version of Shinto would have to be...

I'd be pretty excited to see any ideas Mori might have for a mini shinto, but I can only imagine the mini shinto looking "buggy" with two acrylic eyes on such a tiny head. But then, I didn't really know if he would even touch the non-cute organ bat and akro, but he did, and they rule.

Are the unpaint Chaoemen a smaller edition (from what we can tell by reading the RxH tea leaves)? This thread is the first place I've seen the unpainted Chaosmen so I'm not sure. Perhaps they haven't been released yet. the black mini chaosman set are NFS items.
