However, I don't like ALL the minis which is good for me. haha I am WAY stoked on some of them though, and some of the ones I really like I don't have and have slim chances of finding. Just buy the ones you like, do not try to complete these. I have a feeling anyone will break themselves trying.

I know its normally not allowed to be discussed- but what is the run size of the Red Mini? how limited?

This is a pretty great approach. Mori didn't give any favor to those collectors in japan, but also no favor to people outside. Half and half. This is fair.
And S7 is doing a great job coz there is no more server crash. That technical problem will finally degrade collectors' aggressiveness to collect coz it's very upset not because they didn't keep in touch with the market / upcoming release. It's just because of something they can't control.
May be a lucky draw way would also be another fair way to do <-
One thing heard from my agent, mini evil is limited to somewhere around 30 ~ 40
but clear minis are even much limited. 
No wonder why the clear end up something like this
