i think the only reason the flipping keeps happening is that there continues to be a profit there. if nobody supported the flippers, they would stop.
its not like they are in it for the love of the toys, or out of concern for people who missed out. its purely the money.

seems like the only way to get your hands on a new RxH release is to go thru the flippers these days unless of course your a professional internet ninja insomniac on the inside... sad but true...

Or unless you're just in the right place at the right time. Luck seems to be one of the biggest factors.

Yeah, I'm not sure why anybody's shocked... Auction_toy does this sorta thing every day. And people with more cash than brains do this every day as well. Idiots support the flippers, raising the speculatory value of the goods you want to get cheap.

I've been very lucky in the past so I guess this has just been my time to suffer with the newer RxH releases... especially them damn mini's. And don't get me wrong as I'm always happy to see some of the other board members getting their hands on some RxH love, no hatefulness in that respect. Of course I hate paying inflated flipper prices but if it's a piece that I really really want then yes unfortunately I have resorted to going there in order to obtain an item in the past...
I have this very strange feeling that I'm not the only one...
admit it... you've done it... plus the people with more money than sense will forever fuel this flipper fire that we all love to hate so much...!!!

Nope. Haven't done it. I'd rather attempt to trade or be patient for a reasonable sale at this board, or miss out altogether than support these jerks' perversion of our passion.

ugh, he has at least 3 orange mini chaos and 2 new mini bigs, I'm guessing he got them from the shop direct. Can we open a forum for Mori to sell here, maybe even at 2-4x retail, I would be happy to pay him instead of the flippers

Couldn't agree more. I don't even know why people still mention auction_toy or k.unt or other sellers who inflate goods.
Most everyone on the board knows their tactics and I wish they didn't get mentioned so much..but for some reason they both keep getting brought up.

Well, sometimes you gotta mention them to warn new people... there are more than a few scammers and flippers out there to be wary of.

Won't do any good though - if someone wants something enough and has the scratch they will buy it. As done in the past so is destined to repeat in the future.
Definition of madness? Doing the exact same thing over and expecting a different result! Hey kinda sounds like collecting Neo-Kaiju........

I felt so stupid after reading all these posts. Because I did purchased from this guy before. At that time, I was so excited and looking forward for the package to arrive and now I feel so stupid because it's totally not worth it. I am totally new to this forum and to all of these. There's still a lot to learn form all of you. But the only thing that I know for sure right now is: BE PATIENT.

Everybody who collects has made a impatient purchase before. It happens.. no worries. Unfortunately, that is what these flippers prey on.
