I am working on that rangeas....pieces like that are so labor intensive that i find i can only do a little bit at a time....i probably have about 7 or so of these highly photorealistic drawings that i'll sometimes pull out 3 in a day and work on them a little bit each, otherwise i burn out on the drawing. stuff like this takes an hour or so and is finished in one sitting mostly. this was a few scraps of throwaway material i just played with when i was avoiding somethhing i should have been doing instead.

I actually liked the rangeas how it was. Incomplete but it looked cool.

As far the bop there have been only 2 colors right? Unpainted green and green painted?

I love the bold yellow background, makes everything just pop! The purple orange and black swirls are wild! I'm seeing face? with a mustache? lol
The bops are really great they look cute and mean all at once...but I wish the green bop's tusks weren't covered by the swirls.
I do like the purple swirl framing its head.

Either way totally cool!

y'know, looking at it now i would have to agree, the greens tusks would be better exposed. at the time i was just thinking of them as accents under the eyes, well that can be easily fixed!
