Okay I've totally given up. I've been working on these for well over an hour, I got one put together. It doesn't look good. I've almost about broken off an arm on red plush. Blah, PM me with any help, please.

Sorry, DH, but I bet it was really funny to watch you get more and more frustrated with this.
I once took the bag off my purple clear bagman and spent the better part of 45 minutes getting the bag back on cuz the bag and the head kept sticking together, it involved cursing, grumbling and nearly throwing the little fucker across the room.
Th whole time I was terrified I was going to cause permanent damage.

Ha reminds me of my first Base Purchase, I got a B-Man skullbrain and didnt bother to use a hairdryer to loosen up his head... needless to say i came on here going "HEY! WHATS THE BIG IDEA!" after I rubbed off tons of paint with my thumb and someone called me an idiot... which at the time I would now have to agree with... I love this place!

I still keep wanting to take it off again, he has a really cool face, and I wanna see it.
Very frustrating.
I have a tendancy to do really dumb things that will obviously frustrate me or cause pain.
I impulsively (not compulsively) will pop super mega hot peppers in my mouth without even thinking, then bounce around the kitchen to my girlfriends laughter, while tearing, hiccuping and waving my hands... it's retarded and completely unintentional...

i'll admit that these lil' fuckers are a pain but with a hairdryer and patience it all works out. take it slow and keep it hot. hank, if you get super desperate and want to ship them to me i'll put them together for you.

I put one together at the store with no hair dryer. I took the head and the arms off, and put the insert in the body. I then added one arm and with a straightened out paperclip (with one end still bent in a u shape) and used the bent end to slowly work the plush arm into the vinyl arm. Since the clear vinyl is softer you can slowly "massage" the plush down to the wrist. Pop the arm on and do the same with the other. Once the arms are done, the head goes on and voila! Took about an hour but came out nice. It takes some patience.

yep yep doesn't require a hair dryer at all...as long as you don't take out the inner head from the outer head (if thats even possible heh)
Toothpicks are your friends, so is anything else that will give your fingers a slight reach and has a rounded end( use the good toothpicks with 1 round end not the cheapo double stickers)
Cram the legs and arms together and initially squish as much as you can inside the neck hole.
Then using one of the toothpicks, you shimmy the arms off to the side, till you can pull it(gently) out of the hole. Once you get both arms out of the holes, the ledge will pretty much be in place. You can shove it down a bit more tho.
The hardest part is getting the arms in the arm slots. Squeeze the plush and gently start shoving it in the arm....it should go give or take halfway before getting caught up at the elbow joint.
Thats when you whip out the toothpick again and gently shove the whole mass downward till it fully slips in.

I didn't feel as bad to wake up to other people have the same problem. Mark told me a little trick that worked pretty well. Much better than the other method I was doing. He suggested using a chop stick, I didn't have one so I improvised. I used a q-tip, pulled off the cotton and heated the arms up so where they were jelly like. haha, I was scared they weren't going to take shape again but they are fine. I messed up the bones on all the arms, some worse than others. They are all in and I won't do that again. Collection update coming soon!
ps
Thank you, next time I'm hitting you up!
