It's an exclusive for people who go to the Kazuo Umezu signing event. It's from a manga he did called Goddess of Romance, but to be honest I've never read that one. His horror/SF/gag manga rule, but he did some more fantasy-ish ones way way back (like in the late 50's I think) that I'm just not up on. Limited to 100, I believe.
I also saw a version with a red skirt which was going to be the "normal" edition. A couple years ago when they did an Umezu signing at SuperFest they had striped vinyl poo for the signing event and unpainted pink poo for everyone who just attended SuperFest, so maybe it will be like that and everyone who attends will get one with a red skirt?
All I know last time I got the poo and my Umezu signature, this time my wife wants to get a signature so I think we'll be getting one of those as well

29.4 SuperFestival 46... dampagon added that goddess of romance is awesome! i didn't know many people here dug the whole pvc anime style thing. i love it. i've never heard of this Kazuo Umezu person, but reading this post has been very informative. thanks all! plus, i'm wondering what is up with the 3 fingers up thing. i've seen anime giving the corny peace sign.
