 Suggest a bike for me I'm looking for a good road bike under 800 bucks. I'm not going to be living strong or anything crazy, just biking to my day job (13 miles) and around the valley.
Not really looking for a track bike either...
any help would be appreciated.

Seriously, for the money and the fun, pound for pound probably the best bet. If you're intent on getting something good on the road bike tip, for that budget, hit up craigslist and look for vintage, 80s Italian steel roadbike with a decent groupo build.

I was thinking the same thing, I only have about a 10 mile trip to and from work, but dont want to spend a mint on a bike.

Hell yeah. I ride roundtrip everyday and it's 15miles. i only wish my commute was longer. Even through NY winters.
