I was telling my wife about this and the look of shock and revulsion on her face was even greater than the tale of the chick that had to have the toilet seat pried off of her ass...(jaw on floor)
My personal theory is that the guy is a nazi leftover, trying to keep his line intact and exerting a nutso authoritarian rule over his house. Most people seem to get busted much sooner than this freak...24 years???wtf??
