 New T9G Character & Rangeas
Quote: via www.vinylpulse.com T9G x Vinyl Junkies - VatundooInspired by the dark art of voodoo, T9G and Tiger Jet Michiko (Vinyl Junkies) have collaborated on the new Vatundoo figure. Designed and sculpted by T9G for Vinyl Junkies, Vatundoo will drop for 7350 yen (~ $74) as part of the T9G Muse-um solo show opening on May 3rd at Medicom's Project 1/6 in Japan. Vatundoo is part of TJM's Worldwide Artist from Beyond the Horizon Series. In addition to Vatundoo, a special Red n' Gold Rangeas will drop on May 10th during the solo show (ending on May 17th).
That Red Rangeas is hot.

That Vatundoo looks like a character for a new soft-serve frozen yogurt company but then again i"ll probably end up wanting him in a few weeks.

Hopefully that Vatundoo and future versions won't be too tough to get here in the States, I've been getting my wallet kicked with Japanese imports lately.

In the past, I never gave the Rangeas a second thought, but these colors really do something special for the figure.
I'll buy one if I can find it.

Wow I totally missed this new character. Nice to see T9G is getting better with every release.

Better pic of Rangeas from t9g's blog: I find it interesting how the big eyes and jagged teeth seem to go with just about anything...nothing says monster like a mouthful of pointy teeth!

Re: New T9G Character & Rangeas
I am an admitted fan of Rangeas, but there is something about the creepy-cuteness of Yumenoko that I also find appealing...I also like the use of masks on toys, as it not only makes them more interesting, but it begins to add more contemplative elements to what is otherwise just a toy. Good mask, evil face - scary mask, cutesy face...everyone has a "game face" of some sort and to bring that to a toy is thought provoking.
That said, I need a maskless and Loveless Rangeas!

It was around $60 when it was released on Saturday and I believe the edition size was around 100 or so (I'd be really surprised if it was less than that). Have you checked YAJ? Nothing better than buying a figure on there for $3 more than the retail and knowing that the flipper sat waiting in the rain for two hours to make $3 in the end

Dude from Dx had a thing that helps
