 Emupaiya Heater
I was wondering if this is a complete list of all Emupaiya Heaters (both older and forthcoming). I think I'm going to try to collect all of these:
Heater colors:
Blue with red eyes /yellow arms Blue with yellow eyes/yellow arms GID /yellow eyes /blue paint GID/yellow eyes /blue paint with inner LED light Red with blue eyes/ blue arms Clear Red Clear Blue KT release metallic blue with yellow eyes GID Pink (Old Balance) GID Gold (Old Balance) GID Light Green Metallic Burgandy Black with yellow eyes Silver Silver with Blue paint (chest and legs- have a pic if visual is needed)
Forthcoming:
Gold King Heater Unpainted GID King Heater Pink GID King Heater (crab claw) Gold Cyclops Heater Unpainted GID Cyclops Heater GID Cyclops Heater (red eye painted)
are those Cyclops looking heaters on datadub's flickr account just the King Heater's with the helmet off?
Any missing?
thanks Chris

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
Gold King Heater was released at Patchi-Summit in March. I don't know if this is the same toy as was sold with the DVD. I think it may be. Unpainted GID King Heater and the GID w/ red spray King Heater were both sold at Superfestival 46. After looking at the head sizes, I suspect that the cyclops head is a different helmet, not the inner head for the King Heater. I have the unpainted GID King Heater en route, so we'll know soon...

You left out the unpainted GID heater (old balance).
I think I have them all except for the one LED eyes.

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
I lied. It looks like I'm missing 3 heaters off your list. - Blue with red eyes - GID with LED light - Silver with blue paint I remember seeing the silver with blue paint a few months ago on YJA, but I forgot to bid. I'll try to take a pic of what I do have tonight.

I'm surprised there's been no 'splatter' version yet, if ya know what I mean...

I saw the clear red floating around the other day. I'll find the link if you need it.

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
I only have the KT exclusive version. The new King Heaters are pretty incredible though. I love the interchangeable arm attachments (claw, drill, etc.) and the horns on the helmet.

I don't know what took me so long... but HEATERS RULE!!!! the gold Heater King is only available with the DVD. They sold them as a bundle at SF and there is a postcard inside that lets you order one.

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
I saw that silver with blue spray too but somebody I know beat me to it. Although bagged I wonder if this was an official release? I had a clear red and clear blue with LED inserts. These came with bag and header as well but may have been put together after the fact. I also have a black with silver spray "gift" version that was given to people that helped set up and tear down at a Superfest in the past. It looks to be an identical copy of the black with silver spray version though. Outside of the ones discussed above, I think your list is complete besides the unpainted GID version that Chuck mentioned. I finally found the original blue with red eyes a few weeks ago to round out my collection. I was going to pull the plug after that and then they decided to release the King series and this dragged me right back into the mix. I love the Heater and can't wait to watch the DVD.

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
So... it is just the regular head under there. The vinyl is pretty soft, so popping the accessories off and on is not much of a chore (although the claw-hand was a bit resistant and required heat). It does help that there is no paint to get scuffed. Glow is only so-so. It also has a delicious smell like those old 80s GID toys... maybe like Ghostbuster toys. Seriously. I've sniffed it about five times now.

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
weird that the glow is only so-so. i have the glow with the blue spray and it lights up the room. it's possible that this type is different GID vinyl.

It's different from any other type of JP GID vinyl that I have handled. Much softer with a distinctive odor, and it appears that you can see the glow material suspended in the vinyl.

 Re: Emupaiya Heater
the heater shell and armor look really cool but what is supposed to be on the inside? I've seen the head before but it looks bizarre.
