So this blog read like the GID Mutant Bigaro and GID Mutant Head are somehow connected to Hyper Hobby magazine, maybe an exclusive?

I saw them featured in Hyper Hobby recently, but I didn't see anything indicative of a magazine related exclusive...just shots of the three figures preceeding the Mutant Chaos one and mention of their sale at Superfest 37.

I wonder if issue number 12 is out yet?

The mag had some good contact info for the company though. I'm working on trying to get some straight from the source, but am unsure about exactly which designs/colors are available at this moment...I should get word very soon.
