 WHF this Tuesday
Is anyone going? There's some pretty cool stuff up on Marmit's blog here: http://happy.ap.teacup.com/marmit/, in the last entry they mention that they're also bringing a Death Godzilla and a Zetton, but there's no pictures. I'm gonna be visiting my wife's family in Saitama so I can't make it... any kind souls on here who can help me with the green Zag?

 Re: WHF this Tuesday
I think it is a representation of what a zag would look like if it was a dude in a suit.

 Re: WHF this Tuesday
also looks a lot like the original drawings...still, looks like this zag had some troubles in Utero, no?
I like the move toward a classic reflection of a given character...but sometimes artistic liscense makes for a better toy...Gargamel twists make for great sculpts...occasionally it hurts to make something EXACTLY as it "should be."

 Re: WHF this Tuesday
Yeah, I've got to say I'm not really feeling the green one 100% either, but I got the orange one last week and I thought they would look cool together The GargaZag is hands down the best, though.

I was just about to ask if anyone could help me out with that godzilla? I've been eyeing the other colorways for some time now and would love to grab one. Anyone?

 Re: WHF this Tuesday
I like this Zag more than the Huk version but not as much as the Garg or Shikaruna Kobo versions. I'm kinda into the clear green too, perty.

The orange version at SF was gorgeous. But then I never really liked the Gargamel zags so much, except for the crouching minis.

there are much more cronic stuff unpictured including one off baku, dorome. there are more zyurais...edition of 2 and handpaint mavs. they are all numbered and came in very nice boxes. for the first time as well, retail on cronic limited releases are set at very high prices, almost doubling from usual.

I'm actually happy about this for Naoki...bacause chances are the guys who bought these limted pieces are going to try to flip them...so Naoki deserves the money he charged for one of a kind or twofer pieces... it is sad though that we won't get to see them until they are flipped...yucky business when it comes to the sought after stuff...and a lot of it is sought after.
