Fuck yeah!

In my lifetime of musical meanderings, Madonna has always been a constant. Go girl!

MAdonna suscks...since she first bit off Jellybean Benitez....shes a vampire in the truest sense of the word.. She probably did this to pretend and give people the impression she is down and does it by co-opting a dope ass riff from Pantera....Dimebag must be turning in his grave...How a bout couple years back when she worked with William Orbit on some stuff, because Liam Howlett from the Prodigy turned her down...she said she did techno tracks because techno music had no soul and she said she wanted to give it some soul...gimme a break, guess she never heard of Carl Craig ...or when she bit Public Enemy's beat for Justify My Love....She sucks as much as her fake english accent. Don't get me started on her film career....

Always remember... She may be old but she is filthy rich and she can buy your love anytime she wants to.

I finally got around to watching this...

Would it be one of the signs of the apocalypse if Madonna was to reincarnate herself on the next album as a black metal queen? Add a little corpse paint and some bloody dancers and she'd easily be as good as a few I can think of...and a lot hotter than most! Oh, to hear "Like a Virgin" sung by Madonna with death growls... 8)

I think it would be a sign of commerce and desperation. :D Besides, Cher already tried that sort of makeover in the '70s and it was laughed at. Also, while it's not quite black metal, Madge did kinda-sorta rip off goth chicks in her early days with those pleated tartan Catholic school girl skirts and excessive mascara. That started with the "friends of Siouxsie" crowd in the OG punk days and like so many things was co-opted by La Ciccione for awhile, making it instantly un-cool except in the blandest of suburbs-of-suburbs and Salt Lake City.

That on-again off-again fake UK accent is as bad as her wearing "Esther" pseudo-Kabbalah bling. Lady, you are neither English aristocracy nor mystically Jewish. Just stop. Kick back and enjoy the wealth privately. Go have tea with Sir Elton or something. Adopt Boy George or Britney or Lindsey for charity's sake. Do not play guitar, do not cover other peoples' songs, do not Pantera-ize, and for the love of Lourdes, do not try to be a movie star ever again. Thank you.

I've been a Madonna fan since I used to watch Hosoi skate to her first album during his runs at street contests. She put the Beastie boys on tour for Like A Virgin. I love the woman.

Madonna just is what she is, a pop star. I don't get why anyone hates pop stars, they've existed since forever and besides it's not like Pantera is some super underground band in the first place, they've been on a major label since the damned start.

Not like she's playing Samhain or Minutemen, and if she were she'd just prove to be awesome as hell.
