Saw an orange one of these somewhere recently. Very cool figure. The green makes it very insect like.

That is a very neat character by the name of "Semi Ningen" (Literally, Cicada Human, or Cicada Man!)

I believe they're called semi-ningens from the Ultra7 tv show. At least that's what i've been told. They're definitely ultra...
I've only seen four colors: green, orange, brown and unpainted. There's also two other lines with the suit body but different alien heads.
These toys are totally rad and are what really got me into the kaiju stuff. Awesome score plover, where'd you get him?

Off of YJA for 2500 Yen.
I really like the character a lot. I work as a designer for a really large corporation. As such, the figure really worked for me on a number of levels. I'd like to see about the other colours that were mentioned.

I'm a designer too plover, just in a small ad agency.
I like to think that's what the creative directors look like!! Or maybe the Accounts people...

Wow! That's fantastic. Nice formation too.
I love the eyes and how buggy they are. Like a couple of plump cranberries ready to pop from the sockets.
