J, do you have any ideas? What would you like to see? Just let me know.
I primarily just take these pics for my own enjoyment and to sort of catalogue what I have. Just sharing, is all.
You can see his heart through the chest... The heart has some kind of a design on it... can't make it out yet.

try some different backgrounds? different angles? perhaps put the toys in interesting situtations?
those are my ideas.i work my photos on the backs of people like Paul Kaiju (bow down!) vary it up a bit.
obviously they are nice photos. and would be even nicer if the toys were put into interesting situations.
lovely toys. don't start getting all worked up over nothing.
u asked. i answered. there is inspiration with kaiju everwhere.
thats part of what makes them so damn fun.

Great photos, everyone has their own sense of style.
Myself, I like to see photos of unique or different combinations of toys.
With certain colors playing off each other or tying them together. Or somehow matching up two diverse designs.
A second figure also gives me a sense of the scale of a new toy.

four or five colors of this figure were on YJA in the last few weeks. I never could tell how big they were so I didn't bite. Now I wish I had but I still don't know how big they are.
Nice photos.

Nice photos. I think they're pretty big...I got the "Giant Taco" guy fromand it's about 9 or 10in tall I would say...it also is really awesome. I saw those other Gogamezilla or whatever they're called on YJ...I think I bid on 3 of them and lost all of them. I did get some minis though...Seems like when these show up on YJA, they are fought over pretty intensely...

Alright. Well thanks for the suggestions. I am just going to keep doing what I do, cuz that's how I like them.
I do this for fun, mostly to please myself, not others. It is not a photo contest. I am not trying to be Tim Brisko. I like to focus on just one figure at a time and look for interesting angles or focus in on a particular attribute. Personally, I find pictures of shelf after shelf of figs kind of boring myself. I don't have my bedroom decorated with toys.
If you don't like looking, then don't look. It is easy enough to tell who is posting. See my name in the show collection thread, just skip it. I could even put a warning in the subject line.
Whut evuh! It is not that big a deal.

I always like your photographs Geo. It's all about the toy - form, colour, texture. Very pure. I dig it.
