I think I was in the wrong country...never heard of Dynaman, but I did hear of Electrowoman and Dynagirl

Does anyone remember Up All Night with Gibert Godfrey? Maybe it was on TBS? A dubbed live-action Dynaman aired here for a while... Man, I'd completely forgotten about that. It was "Night Flight" on USA, but yep, they did a tongue in cheek dub of Dynaman. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vi7DpNGZKao

Re: Collection shots
Really love this thread..... Seeing other collections just opens up more doors to things I had no idea existed! My collection is pretty new and tiny.... But it's growing. Maybe I'll post here someday haha. Anyway, can someone please tell me what this Mammoth is from? I looked around, and couldn't find anything, but I'm sorry if I missed it, and it's posted somewhere. I'd really like to try and track one down . Thanks all!

Re: Collection shots
I don't know where it's the more appropriate place to put this photo, here or in my favorite shelf? I owed a group photo to Ultrakaiju.

Re: Collection shots
Well now, I appreciate that you did. That is indeed a very impressive shelf. Loads of vintage goodies there, and evidence of a well-hunted collection. Congratulations on such a nice grouping of toys. One of my favourite things about that photo is the variety of lines/styles/character types it covers. Like me, you clearly buy what you like, and I can really appreciate that. My haphazard choices are all definitely over the place, but there is just always more to love!

Thank you Andy, I think those who came in worse conditions were the Tiger Mask figures, especially the orange Tiger Mask; the mask had attached a sort of gum and body some stains of black ink, fortunately after a good bath and some chemical solvents, back to life. Again thank you and best regards!

Nice job! I'd be interested in hearing what chemicals and solutions worked for getting your toys cleaned.

The basic that I use is Dish washing liquid and hot water, Clorox Pet that it's less liquit that the regular, Greased Lighting (this you can find it in any Dollar store, I've had good results with this for the oxide) and for ink and pen stains I use testor thinner (try to don't used in the parts who have paint, for example I used in the flesh color vinyl of the body or when the figure don't have too much paint and most of his color came from the vinyl color itself) I hope will be helpful!

Re: Collection shots
Never tried using thinner on ink stains, thanks for the tips. Also, nice looking shelf Roger! That giant majin sai is a fantastic toy.

Re: Collection shots
Those are great tips. I assume you disassemble the figures when you clean them to avoid water/moisture getting trapped inside?

Thank you "XVivaHateX" I´m very happy with the Majin Sai now it´s one of my favourites. I use a Q-tip with the thinner and just in the stain area. Brooklyn_Vinyl: I try to clean the figures in parts, but some times I have been tempted to disassemble the figure, but I never did, I think I could not put together the same way. Thank guys and best regards!

Re: Collection shots
Finally completed this Gatchaman Yes/No standard figure. ("Yes/No" is how they're referred to in Japan. I like the term better than "nodder" since in addition to nodding, they also shake their heads.)
