99.9% of the time i defintely frown on that shithole. hell, the prices are worse than visiting the doctor. i mean hospitals? doctors are nothing but guess work in white coats (to quote George Carlin). And did you look at the price on the hawaii smogun? $125! you can still get the damn thing for $40 from super7!

BUT, i did score a sweet sb plant brain on there for $70, which I don't think is a bad price...

is 85 a bad price for the dbm skull brain? considering its a great design and being sought after?

when you have time do some research on this board. The website in question constantly inflates prices, flips stuff for double or triple etc.
Sometimes yes there are reasonable things but in general there are people on this board that don't feel the need to support someone who does this.

I think its up to you as a collector and if you are willing to pay that price. Shipping to the US from that site is gonna be EMS as well. So its prolly gonna be almost $100 shipped.

i don't support anything other than my own collection (and super7 ). if i can obtain a piece for a reasonable price that i've been searching for by means of knunt (which is definitely an odd occurance), i would. supporting the guy has nothing to do with it.

it does iritate me when i see something i want in the shop for outrageous pricing, and knowing that the toy is wasting away in the vault of some flipper who doesn't care about the thing, rfso style, it sucks. but, like i said, if you know what your looking for and the prices that stuff tends to go for weighed against what your willing to pay/how bad you want it, it's worth making deals with the dark side.

with that said, lets all paint our faces with traditional norweigan corpse paint and storm the grounds of kunt with torches and random falic weapons with nails and knifes protruding from them, and demand the vinyl be free of tyrant hands! hell, the nomads used to burn down churches in that fashion!

that website is great! frown upon it if you will I like it..not too overpriced lately either..I suggest nobody go to it anymore so I can get a chance at things..there are more flippers/tradeflippers here anyway with wack prices

i'm there all the time too, checking on shite. yeah, flippers suck, for the most part, but they are everywhere! why choose one over the other, right? like you said, things have been a bit cheaper lately. the gid garg smogun went for only $75 recently, it was once $90 on there. and i saw it go for $85 in the 'for sale' thread here a couple weeks ago.

I get tired of all the bitching over this site..especially when you look at super7 and they have figures priced high as well..I mean I believe if you have a store and it's your buisness you have to make a buck...if the price is too high don't buy..I pass on stuff all the time..it's not knunts fault people will pay inflated prices...so many people here are just like that dude selling shit on ebay and yahoo jp....I believe if you sell stuff here you should keep it close to retail..because were supposed to be amongst friends....I know if I need $$$$$ I can flip something on ebay..luckily I haven't been put into a spot to sell off my shit like that..anyway ramble ramble

I'm not giving anyone shit for shopping there, but posting links here and bringing it up is what people are REALLY getting shit for. I don't see the problem, it sounds reasonable to me.

They're not part of the distro network, they flip, S7 doesn't want them brought up. Sounds ok to me regardless of any other arguments such as "prices aren't always bad" or "look what others charge."

well, the guy is a Fresh Meat, and, unilke some, i dont' hold stuff against noobs. hell, i almost a newbie. and i never knew that s7 didn't want us bringing up knunt. i thought the message board is about kaiju toys, and knunt, negative or not, is about kaiju toys.

I just believe people should practice what they preach! so please S7 lower the price on the gray bagman to $65 and I will love you

Its the "amonst friends" part that gets me, because I know I certainly don't treat my friends as badly as some of the people on this board treat other users. There are some really nice folks here, and ribbon controller I'd count you as one of them, but some of the people here are reall asshats.

But yeah, I thought this was a Kaiju board first too. But if S7 has brought it up in the past, I can respect that. As for the prices Knunt charges- well, as others said, if you're willing to spend it more power to you and the seller. S7 has some outragous stuff, they've got a Punk 77 Skullwing for $125. I've bought about 3 of them here and elsewhere for under $60 a piece. But hey, I paid $125 for my Horror Skullwing (the black and white one with the red star) from S7 because I wanted it badly. I've since seen it go for as low as $70. I don't regret me purchase though.

OH man, I did not know that either. And I apologize if I broke that rule.

But you know, "if" S7 were selling this piece right now or if they said they were going to sell this piece in the future... I would be more understanding of that rule.

What I find most helpful about this board and especially about the knowledgeable folks here on the board is when they help you find things like The Rebel Ink or like the DBM here when it is not as easy as checking S7 to buy it no matter what the price.
