 Re: toy stores/tokyo underground. That shop can be tough to find open. There are posted hours, but that doesn't necessarily mean the store is open then.

Re: toy stores/tokyo underground. yeah, people said the same thing about ichiban-boshi. apparently he just opens it when he feels like it. i just got lucky and it was open when i was in koenji, even if i did pass it about five times cause the dude parked his huge car in front of it haha.
