 birthday present 
This was given to my for my birthday by a friend who makes boutique guitar pedals. The LED's cycle in sequence and there's a little knob on the side that adjusts the speed of the cycle. Once i put it on my pedalboard, it will also do very secret and amazing things to my guitar tone.
