And even though customer service has gone the way of good govt in this country, customers still seeks knowledge and updates on products, especialy when a proposed release date is pushed back...twice.

It's nice to get a figure late if I've already paid for it. it's like a surprise gift. is it really hurting you guys to have to wait? it's not like he's a normal member who's going to disappear forever. when you pre-order something these things happen. I'd rather he took his time and made something he's proud of than force out something for a deadline.

Holy shit Aidan, we actually agree on something. Write down the date and time! Hey I want these too. Which is why I paid up front for a set of 4. Bottom line is that if you offer a date for delivery, take people's money and then miss the date(s)....it would be great to get updates, and maintain people's expectations overall. Shit happens, and that's fine. But an overall lack of communication with your fans or customers....sucks.
