 celga woes
a week or so ago i decided to try out celga for the first time for an auction, they were on the ball about getting my bid in and i eventually won. the problem is its been about a week now and i haven't gotten any kind of final invoice for my item. how long do they usually take to turn this kinda stuff around? it worries me when i don't have full control over a situation involving money and items i've had to hunt for. so if this situation doesn't turn around soon, it might be my last time using them

 Re: celga woes
I've been using Celga for a long time, and have yet to encounter a problem; though I know others have. It often takes a week or more until I receive an invoice from Celga. Don't worry, they won't forget that you owe them money.

you will get your invoice and your credit card will get charged. then you will get your first Celga box and all this nonsense of using them for the last time will be long forgotten as you slip into a hazy pattern of late night YJA bidding.....
oh! and i'm now a Mini Boss so you better rec-cog-niiiiiize.....

 Re: celga woes
As a celga newb---initially, i had problems, particularly before I went gold. But they have been helpful so far and communicates well. Invoices may take awhile---few days---but they come thru. .

 Re: celga woes
They have to get the invoice from the seller and tag on their fees before sending it to you.

 Re: celga woes
I had this problem before but I've learned (3 shipments later) these 3 important Celga facts: 1) Shipments and communications around Xmas/NYE are near impossible, you have to wait till 2nd week in January at least. 2) When sending out a shipping request, look at the feedback for the profile of last auction you won. Has Celga posted feedback yet? Yes? That means they received it and it's ready to ship. No? Hold off till they give feedback. 3) They will invoice you- usually it take a little over a week sometimes more.

Chris Excellent points! Also when you make a shipping request include the auction numbers of all of the auctions you are hoping to recieve in that shipment. If anything hasn't shown up yet, they will let you know and you can make a new request in a week or so. Things don't seem to move as quickly on YJA as they do on e-Bay. Be patient.

Be sure to make it clear what you think should be on the shipment because there is a 10 dollar repacking fee if they have to rebox it! Chris

 Re: celga woes
One thing they always stress is that the japanese sellers are not professional. So sometimes it takes a few weeks for them to receive the packages. Once they receive them they check them out to make sure they are okay and then usually invoice you.

I don't think I can deal with Celga. It all sounds so complicated.
