Post A Simple Custom, but Infinitely Satisfying.
So I got the DBM Skullbrain recently, and was thinking that its a King Walder homage, you know? And I was thinking about who it could fight.

And this is what I came up with:

Microbrain:

based on Microman M104

What do you think?

Clean and simple. It would have been great if you could have done the blue on the inside...but that can be a real I FART A LOT (I've tried it on other figures and it really sucks unless you have a bent paint brush). Really good stuff, Phil.

This is your best custom to date IMO. Simple, clean, great homage and the colours are amazing.

Really nice.

I keep coming back see if I would have added something else. But in the end I think this is as good as it gets without adding any unnecessary bullshit. Again great job and perfect color match !

New painters please take note of this thread !

nailed it. I don't collect SB, and I don't usually like "simple" paint schemes but I'd buy this in a second! Someone show this to Hiddy...
