Marmit Plus's blog says that they just received the rights to produce figures from these kaiju:

I always thought the lower one was Maglan Seijin, but the card says his name is "Sumoka". That one and the one in the upper right (Hedoro) completely and totally RULE and I can't wait to see what they make from these!

They mention that the original molds are no longer around (I think these might originally be from plastic model kits?), so I'm guessing they're planning on making vinyls, although it doesn't give any details at all.

I know this is pretty similar to the Shikaruna/Patchi-Kaiju trend, but if the figures rule half as much as the illustrations, I could care less!

Very cool news- thanks! I think they are probably from old plamodel kits because 2 of the 3 have the Arii logo on the corner of the image.

Good eye, I always figured that Sumoka was from a bromide or something where the artist was doing their own interpretation of the Maglan kit, I never realized it was a completely different plamodel kaiju!

I'll have my eye out for these - very creepy and fucked-up looking creatures. Can't wait to see what comes of this.

Thanks for the great news! Love the artwork- it would be fun if the creatures came with little boats, cars. etc., to throw around.

Dope news. Totally digging the large brain/octopus monster on the 2nd card, i don't know if he has tentacles functioning as 'legs' too, that's unclear. Sumoka looks like a vicious fighter. It's a 'cancer-like' creature with a bird styled beak, brutal.

The one in the upper right looks like an Ed Roth Kaiju

There's some information about this on the Target Earth blog too, nothing I can make much sense of but maybe someone else can figure it out. http://pub.ne.jp/sofvilife/

Also I found some pictures of a model kit:

LOL love that 50 yen price tag!!

The other blog basically said that Arii(currently Micro ace?) has given permission to Marmit for Sumoga, Gyaoh, Giran-jin and they will show up as standard sized in their Showa Kaiju lineup
