 Glenn, Joe, Josh and Karen Karen, Joe Josh and I have all turned off PM's. You will have to email us from now on if you want to ask us a questions. Trying to stay organized, at work, through pm's is difficult and it often leads to mistakes. So if you have something to say to us please click the email button instead of the PM button. I am not sure if this will work but we are going to give it a try for now. though I know personally how frustrating pms can get, and think in a short while this will make for an even better (if it was possible) customer service machine of S7.
we all just have to stop being lazy...the pm was way too convenient (for us)...but if I lose pms because my box is full imagine Josh or Glenn, jeepers...
