What are the two best figures that came out so far for the first half of 2008 in your opinion?

I find an 'odd' connection with the design of the Dempagon---working for a television network and somehow, media and modern communication (i.e. tv, cellphone, towers etc) incorporated in the design does it for me.

I voted Tokoji as the other best. Other choices on this poll makes it so tough to choose just two---but my criteria in voting includes 'timelessness' , 'personality' and makings of a 'classic toy figure', of course this is my opinion.

Ojo Rojo gets both my votes. Not a fan of any of the others and can't think of a 2nd new sculpt in 2008 that I dig.

I really like the dempagon. I didn't think I would but after seeing it..I'm stoked to add it to my collection.

oh yeah... now, i think it was silver not gold. hard to tell if its gold or silver coz i don't have this in my collection

I am still seriously perplexed about why that diablos gets no love at all.

In my opinion? Because he looks like a rejected He-Man bad guy. I love Blobpus, but I just don't "get" the Diablo. I even dig the Andagon head, but it's still on that body, so no go...

For me it's all about the Dempagons and Blob DX'es. Easily the two figures that I've found my eyes wandering to the most in my collection as of late, and I can't wait to see more versions come out.

Same pair for me - I think these'll have some staying power.

The Boogieman is cool, but DBM Mask Brain combines its best aspect with my favorite figures for the win.

Squirm gets my second vote cause I love octopus.
