 Re: Bwana's Cosmos Hedo!
Damn. Bwana's Hedoran pieces are too much. I may not be able to hold back.
So I'm guessing the price point will be similar to Eriagun?

So I'm guessing the price point will be similar to Eriagun? I doubt it. The Eriagun was like $90 shipped right? The Ojo and Tokoji retail for $100 and they are about a 1/3 smaller than the Hedo. Plus, Bwana is painting these. I'll guess around $110 maybe? And worth every penny.

 Re: Bwana's Cosmos Hedo!
OH FUCK! I had a sneaking suspicion there'd be googly eyes due to the print. Ooooohhhh damn. Well, now it's a must.

 Re: Bwana's Cosmos Hedo!
would have much preferred the metal eyes over those googlers... this color vinyl on a standard sized walker is still just too good to pass up though

 Re: Bwana's Cosmos Hedo!
I actually really like the googly eyes and think they fit in really well with Bwanas style. If had the normal eyes it would be okay as well but I think it turned out great.

liquidsky wrote: Maybe the googlers are glued on over the metal eyes? And can be pulled off? i had the same thought, would be cool... we shall see. i'll be trying to pick this one up regardless. edit.. after a second look at the box of heds pre-paint, there are no metal eyes. so i assume bwana glued on the shaking eyes himself.

Oh I agree the rest of it looks great. Not a fan of googly eyes on things...it's one of the good things about this hobby: something different for everyone.

 Re: Bwana's Cosmos Hedo!
For me, the metal eyes would allow the Cosmos to fit in better with the other Bwana hedorahs.

 Re: Bwana's Cosmos Hedo!
Yeah..it would definitely fit better in with the other hedorans with the other eyes. And with the googly eyes it might really look out of place with some other hedorans.
But I'm looking at strictly from the standpoint of the teaser picture art to the finished product and from that standpoint I think it turned out really well.
