Ridiculously great! The bottom of the kid's face has a definite Hellraiser feel, which is always cool.
Any idea why he chose to work in cement on the zombies?

Any idea why he chose to work in cement on the zombies? The fast and quick explanation to this is that 'Its crude' and its 'cheap'. I've asked Louie about this, he said one option could be fiberglass--which he has done in his previous shows. But I think he enjoys working with molded cement and he likes the texture. That it is a more durable medium and 'quicker' to work with. Downside would be every piece is mighty heavy. You might have noticed, he works on each piece up to the minute detail.

 Re: "Absolute Horror"...
Thanks! I love seeing people work with different materials like this, because I would have never thought about doing a project like that in cement. But now the gears are turning...

Those gruesome 'faces' are amazing. Thanks for sharing these pictures, this dude totally deserves more attention. That big piece with the two sitting/reading mutilated kids is beyond belief, i would totally rock this in my living room.

Wow, just wow. Any of those Zombies would be awesome above a fireplace or mantle. Like a trophy from an infestation.

No additional photos of the paintings in the background? Those look so awesome. I love his crazy color and the sheer amount of saturation. Superb work.
