The painted kong and the naked cavemen rule pretty hard. Too bad this set will be way out of range for me at the moment since I'm moving. Curious why the butanohana kongs never appear for sale on any of the sites that sell butanohana minis. Are the kongs pretty limited or something?

Anyone know what the price is going to be on these fellas?

I read on toycyte.com the sets were going to be $260 each -- 9 dinos, 4 cave people. Out of my range, but that's less per piece than I think the average ($35) is.

The glow killer set went for 550 and the crouching zags *gulp* 1200.

And seeing these in person in Japan, they really are amazing.

And these guys are exclusive to Grumble Toy.

Butanohana's last exclusive figure was the thundermask from the last Wonderfestival and that figure is impossible to track down.

It's a good deal per piece, but that's a lot to drop at once. I think I'm out, as I really just wanted the green or yellow set (and couple nekkid cavepersons).

at 20 bones a pop for 13 pieces, it's a great deal. I love these but I'm afraid I might have to pass - I'm broke like everyone else and to paraphrase Walter from the Big Lebowski - they ARE limits, dude. You can't buy it all and that's becoming more apparent as the volume of "must have" vinyls keeps increasing.

I am willing to pay $100 for the green set and 1 set of cavemen/woman. If anybody wants the pink, yellow and the other set for $160 lemme know.

I went with the painted.

I hemmed and hawed over it, but couldn't pass on the cool retro paint jobs.

That's mainly all I want too but I don't feel like buying a whole set just to sell most of it back off again.
