What will you do if you won something on the bay and paid right after it ended. But you never heard back from the seller after you shot him an email / bay message everyday. ?

Dispute ? Money is paid but nothing received. This is my first time.

I get nervous with a lack of communication and would give it a couple of weeks at the max end of things before disputing the sale...double check the terms of the sale first though, to make sure it doesn't have some bs about "shipping when I feel like it" or something...

Now I escalate it as a claim, do you know what will happen next ?

If you escalate through Paypal, you should be asked to send the seller a message requesting he ship the item or refund your $$$. Then he has a week or so to respond. After that you can ask them to do an investigation where they look at your message history, the item listing, etc. and make a judgement about wether or not you get refunded. If the seller doesn't respond to your messages you will most likely get refunded.
