Re: Official SDCC 2008 Preview Thread (Spoilers) RE: the SDCC Blobpus...indeed it is very similar to the One-Up version...but as far as I can tell the one up had painted pink vinyl innards and this one has Green painted vinyl innards. I also 'think' that the TT one glows blue...
unfortunately I have yet to see one of these person and won't until we get to SD...so I'm not sure of all the details on it...but I think that Blobpus was aware of how many people wanted the one-up and didn't get it and decided to do another glow DX version...at least that's what it seems like...
Joel, the color shirt design looks amazing...very excited to see these at the Con!

Re: Official SDCC 2008 Preview Thread (Spoilers) Yup, the One-Up one has painted pink guts and glows a very faint green (because I'm pretty sure it's just a GID wash on the inside of clear vinyl...makes for a really awesome milky effect!).
I was kind of happy when I thought I didn't have to pick this one up for the Blob collection (because US DX releases are $$$$$$), but I'm still happy because that means there will be a new GID DX to add to the family!
A credit card statement is just a piece of paper with numbers on it, vinyl is TACTILE baby!

yeah, no booth for me and the boys from Brooklyn. We will be wandering around though. Probably be hanging around Super 7, Onell's, TT's, and Devil's Due pub. I will be drawing charicatures of people who find me.

They only wanted 100 and we really wanted to do it....
the standard Berties are available from Bambaland.com and I think flat 30bux shipping gets you one
anywhere (the customs charges not included) you might be able to get it without shipping once the Sideshow affiliates pick it up in a month....
