the set really does impress in person...I like a lot more of the figures than I originally thought...

Nice pics Paul.

I picked up the Longneck mini as well. It's an awesomely weird little creature and matches nicely with Grumbles Wormrah.

The Globsters one is great...looks like Mr Potato Head meets Sigmund the Sea Monster.

I really love the flying snow-fox by Gigabrain. It's a really beautiful but subtle sculpt.

The ending paint really makes it shine. I had no idea I would dig it that much. But it's really majestic in it's own way.

Nice to see what else these companies can pull off.

The winged dog is popular in the Fukuoka's city of Chikugo. There's a couple of stories about the dog. One where it is the pet of a daimyo and one where it is the opposite. The dog was in the way of the daimyo and had it slain. The daimyo was impressed with the dog's courage and so he had a statue made of him. Gigabrain does it well by sculpting the dog sitting very tall and proud. I love this sculpt and I am happy to have it as part of my collection.

Ikapokkun is definitely the KING of that set! There are some other awesome figures in there (Flatwoods, Wormrah, Neko Kappa, mushroom guy) but none can match Ikapokkun.

Can't wait for the new Death Menargoooooooo!!!
