i think the black outfit really makes that teal/glow color really pop out nice.
the color is what sold it for me

makes me wonder if in one of the coming months there will just be a clear body filled with the teal color?

You know I set myself up for disappointment. I get these images of magical-fantastical new color ways even though I have no idea if they are even possible. Then when something like this comes out I'm not feeling it.

I guess this set was really more about the shirt than the Bee.

Personally I would love to see a gold and red one with the gold paint flecked on the outside and the red added to the inside. For what ever reason I thought for sure it was going to be red this time.

Wow. Quite lame.
It seems (IMO) that SB has really dropped the ball on coloways/color applications after the release of the Secreters. Those were so great - they were what drew me in - but there hasn't been anything since that's come close to being that good. I started buying after they were released thinking there'd be more great colors coming out - but now I'm thinking the best has come and gone. I hope I'm wrong because my SB collection is pretty small and I won't be spending the required money to acquire the Secreters...I need more nicely colored Brains!

that being said I'm not really that into the bees, never have been. If they do any of the other sculpts in the same teal with gid inside colorway I'll be on it like white on rice.

I gotta agree, this is not that much different than the last 13th release. Seems like SB is gonna go simple on us. I think some better colorways are needed soon. Let's hope this is not the trend they are sticking too. I want new Brains with some wild colors too ! COLOR

I was hoping that the Bee would be a different color. Oh well. I'm actually relieved because I need to save some money for summer releases.
